Re-Heating Instructions…..just incase

Not eating right away?

Keep your feast warm for up to 2 hours

  • Pre-heat oven to 250′ degrees
  • Position oven rack so pans are placed in the middle of the oven.
  • Do not remove lids. Ok to stack containers.
  • Add 1-2 cups of chicken broth/stock or water to the roasted turkey. Add enough liquid to slightly cover the bottom of the pan. Replace lid. This will help maintain moisture.
  • Gravy can be placed in a crockpot on medium or on stovetop over medium/low heat. Stirring often.
  • Remove items from aluminum pans into casserole dishes or serving platters and enjoy.

Eating much much later?

Keep items refrigerated until then. Reheat later.

  •  Let items rest at room temperature and lift corners of the container to let steam and heat vent out.
  • Once items are no longer hot, secure lids and place them in the refrigerator.
  • Ready to eat? Remove items from the refrigerator and let chill wear off as over pre-heats
