Recently we had the pleasure of having Francesca Bond & Joed Viera from The Buffalo News join us for an entire day of behind the scenes. Francesca and Joed joined us from the time the first person arrived (Pastry Chef Amanda; 7:30AM), until we locked the doors of a busy Saturday night (GM Mike Ciancio; 1:13AM).
